Q: How far does Games Galore travel for events?
A: Games Galore has operated events in North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Nebraska, Montana, Wyoming, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Arkansas with the ability and resources for expansion.
Q: What types of events does Games Galore provide rentals for?
A: Games Galore specializes in but is not limited to: Corporate Events, Town Celebrations & Festivals, County Fairs, Backyard & Indoor Birthday Parties, Post Prom & Post Graduation Parties, Church Events, Elementary & Middle School. Click here for package specials!
Q: Are there any specific age or size restrictions for your equipment?
A: Games Galore has equipment for all sizes and age groups.
Q: What time do you deliver and pick up the inflatable?
A: Games Galore's policy is to be set up 30 minutes prior to your event start time. All set up times will be confirmed one week prior to your event date.
Q: Can we pick up the inflatables from your office and set the units up ourselves?
A: Yes, you may pickup your games from our facility. We will help you load and unload during pickup/drop-off as well as provide you will all necessary instructions for a safe and fun event. Because of the complexity, not all of Games Galore equipment are eligible for customer pickup. Customer pick-ups must be scheduled at a time agreed upon by the customer and Games Galore. Q: Will Games Galore staff our event?
A: Games Galore offers different style contracts to fit your events needs. We offer anywhere from a self set up customer pick up to fully staffed turn-key event options!
Q: How long does it take to set up an inflatable?
A: Every inflatable is different, basic bounce houses take on average 15 - 20 minutes to set up, where other complex inflatables such as Meltdown or the Mechanical Bull can take 45 minutes to one hour to set up.
Q: What types of surfaces can inflatables be set up on and what preparation needs to be done?
A: We need a level, uniform surface - such as grass, concrete, blacktop, wood floors, or carpet. A large level grassy area free of debris (rocks, sticks, sharp objects, animal wastes) and sprinkler systems with a minimum height clearance of about 20’ and free of branches, power lines, etc. is required for set up of bounce house or game. No refunds will be granted for impossible site set up. If Lessee has a concern, please give us a call Games Galore ( 701-373-0104) prior to your event.
A: Games Galore Party Rental is insured by a $3,000,000 aggregate, $2,000,000 per occurrence insurance liability policy. Click here to review insurance, waivers and liability information.
Q: I'm unsure if Games Galore equipment will fit in the space I have and I am also concerned about the electrical needs.
A: Games Galore will complete a site inspection in advance of your event to address any power and space concerns. If there is inadequate power available, Games Galore rents generators to provide power at your event.
Q: Does Games Galore adhere to all state and federal regulations concerning inflatable amusement and electrical requirements?
A: We take great pride in operating to the highest standards and regulations. We work with each individual event to make sure all inspections are scheduled and documentation provided that is required and assume any fees associated. If you have questions on a specific regulation please contact the Games Galore office.
Q: What if we have to cancel/postpone our event?
A: Cancelations and reschedules can be a huge disappointment, but we understand unfortunate circumstances. A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation. Balance payment is required prior to start of event. A reservation can only be cancelled 30 days prior to the event. If cancelled within 30 days of the event date, all money collected will be kept on file as a credit to be used later. Credits are good for 53 weeks after the event date.
In the event of heavy rain or high winds, the event may be postponed if it is determined at the start of the event. Any additional travel charges will be added to the balance payment taken at the start of the postponement date. Lessee is not required to pay the balance of the original contract and any additional travel charges until the service of the event is performed.
